Our pricing policy

We have a standard hourly rate for minor work with NO additional callout charges when the work is completed in the first hour. We also have a list of fixed priced "standard maintenance" jobs that allows you to know the cost before we arrive. For larger jobs we can supply an Estimate or Fixed Price Quote so you can plan your budget. Check out our Pricing Schedule for the full list and a detailed explanation of how they apply.

Keeping costs down

To keep your costs down we can also supply recycled hardware, kitchen units and internal timber, when carrying out rental makeovers which can improve the rentability and profitablilty of your investment.
